More than 93% of them are residents of Panagyurishte municipality, about 86% of the team are men,given the specifics of mining production, and the share of women in the senior management team is 25%.

Traditionally, Panagyurishte is among the 10 municipalities with the highest average salary in the country,which is largely due to the good standard of living provided by Asarel-Medet JSC. The company is a preferred employer, and the added value per employee significantly exceeds the average for the country.
