Asarel-Medet has a two-tier management system: a Management Board and a Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board is elected by the General Assembly of Shareholders and has been presided by Dimitar Tsotsorkov since 2017. The Management Board is elected by the Supervisory Board and its chairperson is Eng. Delcho Nikolov.
The Executive Director, Eng. Nikolay Peltekov, who is entrusted with the management of the company, is a member of the Management Board. The company's management team also includes directors of directorates and heads of departments, who are responsible for the operational management of the processes.
