Orica Med Bulgaria AD is a high-technology joint venture between the international company Orica and Asarel-Medet AD. It manufactures and supplies initiating systems, charging systems, electronic blasting systems, and accessories for the mining, quarrying, and construction industries. The local operation combines in-depth local knowledge with international technical expertise and serves not only the Bulgarian market but also export clients. It offers training, technical services, and logistics support, with a strong focus on blasting safety and high quality standards. The Executive Director is Eng. Neyko Uzunov.
