We are proud that continuity exist between the generations in our “big Asarel family”.
We are grateful for the work and contribution of the doyens who worked before us and every year we celebrate Miner’s Day together. Over 900 retired workers and employees from the company are guests of the holiday, together with the families of the team members. Like in any family, we are united by traditions and the joy of the youngest,the offspring of the employees, whom we welcome at a company celebration for young families.
On the occasion of the professional holiday in August, we honor participants in volunteer campaigns, express gratitude for the contribution of colleagues with 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of continuous work experience at Asarel and highlight the best in each profession.
We encourage the success of the youngest colleagues - students from dual training and internship students who grow as people and professionals before the eyes of their more experienced mentors. A respected part of the Asarel family are over 2,000 shareholders in the company and colleagues from our subsidiaries with whom we share common values and walk together on the path of success.
